His Excellency Dr. Mutlaq bin Majed Al Qahtani, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, welcomed a student delegation from Georgetown University in Qatar at the Qatari Embassy in The Hague. The delegation included around twelve students participating in a training program organized by the university in the Netherlands focused on international law and civil society.

 

The students engaged in a discussion session with His Excellency and members of the diplomatic mission. The dialogue covered the core principles of Qatar’s foreign policy, regional diplomatic trends, and Qatar’s role in mediation and conflict resolution. The session also addressed the role of the Qatari Embassy in The Hague and its relationship with international organizations.

During the meeting, His Excellency emphasized the importance of raising diplomatic awareness among youth and encouraging their involvement in global affairs, highlighting Qatar’s growing role in promoting stability and dialogue on the international stage.
