IMPORTANT ANNOUCEMENT

Due to the situation concerning COVID-19 The Embassy of the state of Qatar in The Hague is compelled to implement changes to the legalization procedure. Until further notice the legalization procedure will be as follows:

- We request you to send a scan of your documents, that require legalization , to our email. We will respond to your e-mail in order to inform you about the legalization fees.

Documents that require legalization can be delivered at a special box outside. Kindly add your bank statement to your documents and put the documents inside in an envelope

The legalized documents can be collected at the security, every Thursday from 11:00-13:00. N.B.

Kindly be informed that these changes mean that there will only be one weekly possibilty to hand in and pick up documents.
